The salsas served with the standard chips + salsa were REALLY good. Don't pass over the salads either--I had a tostada salad that I thought was delicious.

The food is good and reasonably priced for a casino. The breakfasts are very reasonable. We all liked what we had. The service was fast and friendly. The cigarette smell is a lot less inside the cafe.
Cafe Rio has fantastic food, get the Chicken Tostada with extra meat and a large house dressing.
