Big casual shopping mall, no luxurious brands. Food court area is huge. Good destination on a rainy day, avoiding slippery steep streets of Lisbon :) perfectly reached by metro.

A market with a food court. Lots of locals. Some food stands are not so good and some are great.
Burgers, picanha, gin, wine, seafood, sushi... Everything is amazing! Come early if you want to get a spot. Also you need to go to different places for food and drink - not sold in the same place.

Go for theTaberna and forget Bairro do Avillez itself, which is definitely not money worth it! Food in Taberna is delicious and yummy can't say the same thing about the other! Get the sardine tartar!
