Definitely traditional tea experience. I love the atmosphere. Rose tea and caramel tea absolute must, particularly cream caramel tea.

Stayed here as newlyweds in May. Amazing location! We walked nearly everywhere. Great service, elegant rooms. I also enjoyed the doormen in their uniforms- nice touch.

Good room facilities and location but sadly stay spoilt by being rudely disturbed by staff in the morning. Also the temperature control in the room didn’t work so room was too cold during the night

Super helpful staff: arrived with two small hungry children after lunch Plan-A fell through. The queue was long & I was told 10-15 min wait for food but chef did kids v quickly & saved the day!
Walk round the park & visit the gallery. Finish with tea/coffee & cake in the tea room, a great addition to the recently refurbished building.
