Extremely well hidden pace with earthly interiors. There are quite a number of cocktails that are absolutely not on the menu. Ask your waiter to surprise you or give your preferences for a cocktail.

Try the Lamb Vindaloo (not on the menu, so just ask). If you like hot vindaloo, this is one of the best in London. And friendly staff.

Great coffee and baristas who know how to make drinks not on the menu, such as a piccolo latte. The cheese toastie with oregano is the perfect snack.
tiny venue with the best coffee in the area. Very relaxed, make sure you try the bread and accompanying spreads.

Delicious, cheap Persian food. Get a bottle of red frm next door, grab a table upstairs and order off menu - grilled meats, giant flatbread and delicious smoked peppers will leave you wanting more.

If you can have one meal only in London, have it at Lahore. Grab beer across the street and order the mixed grill (not on the menu, gets you tikka, seekh kebabs & lamb chops). Finish with mango kulfi.
