Can't beat the foie gras - a perfect, balanced bite. Tender elk melts in your mouth. And the biscuits that come with the meal were a crowd pleaser!
Must get the bacon wrapped elk with the corn bread balls. Their hot sauce is to die for.
We enjoyed our entire experience at Manuela. The space is beautiful and the food was outstanding. A couple of our favorites were the redneck deviled eggs and the chorizo fried egg sandwich.

Ask for the elk burger to be as rare as they can make it. They'll say Medium but they've done it a bit rarer than that. Makes all the difference.

I went here and had the elk steak, pork belly and pepper crusted tri tip. As a meat conno-saur, you need to have the elk steak! Just order 3 of them.
New chef, and everything is wonderful. The wine list is fantastic, and the servers are knowledgeable.
I find the food always great and the wine pairings superb. Sit at the bar and you'll feel right at home. The italian hostess is lovely; bartender extremely helpful.
