Great value for money sushi. If you don't want to wait, go early, sit at the bar, and order from the chef. My fav is Hamachi Belly and Halibut Fin: both are off menu items.

I think this is the best new restaurant in LA, 2016. Try the avocado salad, beef tartare, hamachi collar, and pork belly. Cocktails are inventive. Get a seat at the bar to try their sacred pie.

Get everything. Delicious soft shell crab as appetizer. All their fish, hamachi, tuna, toro, snapper, halibut, is incredibly fresh. Best hand rolls I've had in LA (crunchy seaweed, not gigantic). Yum

Best eclectic Mexican food in L.A.! Hamachi tostada with Uni is a great example of how they do a fantastic job of mixing new ideas with fresh ingredients.
