Excellent restaurant we found via Foursquare. We had arepas com queso, empanadas and ajiaco. Empanadas and arepas differ throughout Latin America so if you haven't tried the Colombian ones try them.
I recommend the Bandeja Paisa (mi favorito) with Refajo
