The tripe dish is surprisingly delicious. Also, the much-mentioned spare ribs are a must.
The pork spare ribs are divine. The marinated beef very competent -- order that if you want to BBQ at your table. The beers are huge & the soju very, um, potent. Excellent spot, attentive service.
Tony Bourdain tried the side dishes. Ham Ji Park is famous for 3 dishes (pork belly, pork spare ribs marinated in spicy pepper paste, and pork stew).
They just added bahn mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) to their menu. Had the BBQ pork. It's excellent.
