Location may be offputting for some, being practically in an office district, the restaurant is amazing. The wine list is extensive, the food is delicious and the service is on point. Try the trout!

Lovely French restaurant- Excellent service, enjoyed vin a l'orange aperitif, chateaubriand with tomatoes Provençal and gratin dauphinois. Perfect- can't wait to return and try more.

Service started off Fantastic and food was good. My Grilled Romaine Leaf salad was Outstanding! Very loud! Everything was great until it took 25 min to receive, collect and bring back the checks!

Everything is good at Proof, last time we was there, we had a steak and diver scallop. The steak I had was perfect every bit had so much flavor. The diver scallop was a nice size and very fresh!

Broadbent Country Ham Falafel is a must-order appetizer--beloved Kentucky ham is mixed in with the chickpeas before each falafel ball is shaped and fried, adding smoky pigginess to each bite.
Love the atmosphere. Since it's cold out again, they have the fire and ice sculpture burning. Great skinny fries and burger. Thursday's special is fried chicken.
