Everything on the menu here tastes sooo good! Great vibe and gorgeous view at the rooftop! Gets very crowded and there's a long line to get in so the earlier you arrive the better.
Go before 8pm and enjoy the sunset!

Modern, artsy hotel with a great lobby view of lower manhattan. Their lobby is also a great place to work. The rooms are a decent size for NYC. Grab a coffee and breakfast at El Rey around the corner!
Small rooms, but great location and views if you're on the higher floors! The rooftop bar (Mr. Purple) is of course a must visit, if just for the views.
Angle for a balcony view -- it's the best place to view a concert.

Head to the balcony, the views and sound are great from up there, you can avoid the crowds on the floor (if you want to) and you can get a drink quick from the bar up there.
The Loft at the Thompson Hotel is a penthouse duplex with an amazing view of Brooklyn all the way up towards Midtown from the balcony that runs along one side of the room.

Chill or work in the beautiful canteen, then later go on rooftop for a drink with one of the greatest view of downtown and more, finally walk down the stairs since it's the Museum of the Street Art!

Awesome location, the rooms are tiny bit otherwise perfect. Go to the rooftop and have a drink looking over any part of Manhattan you want.
