Lie San: Octopus Karage are good but too much oil. Not recommended for Okonomiyaki and the fried one, but the Hand Roll Soft Shell Crab with Tartar are excellent.
Jun Heng: Soft shell crab hand roll is a must! Love the taste of the soft shell crab!
Mike Li: Good price point for medium quality sushi and sashimi. Usually 1 hr wait. Try the scampi shrimp sashimi and soft-shell crab handroll. Their sashimi can be skipped.
Jacqui B: Beautiful views from the Cathedral Tower, and the King suite is absolutely palatial!
c0uP: The power points are ridiculously far from the bed; ask the front desk for an extension cord
Amanda Li: Park Hyatt Melb can be polarising. Some find the decor dated & prefer newer hotels like Crown. But I love the service, quality & attention to detail at Park. To me it's the best in Melb, hands down.

Mel Kershaw: Everything is amazing and the staff treat you like a regular, even if it's your first visit.
