Gin & tonic is strong, has edible flowers and a huge spherical ice cube. Delish! And check out anything that says spherification, I promise you've never had anything like it.
Amazing experience try the guacamole tapas and modern olives. Be risky it's worth it.
Their cucumber sorbet is excellent with Hendrick's Gin and tonic. Take a pint home and *presto* you are a fancy mixologist!
All ice cream & sorbet made on site with organic fruits, herbs, spices & flowers. The staff is friendly, happy, and helpful. Except for the plastic spoons they are eco-friendly as well.
Gourmet ice cream at its finest. This is a foodie's delight with exotic flavors. Also the best straight vanilla ice ever had and my 5YO loved it.
Great place for breakfast. The Torrijas (?) is really good. Catalan French toast = the bomb.
Brunch buffet here is pretty amazing. Beautiful set up all around, exquisite meats like prime rib & exotic touches like caviar & that gazpacho- totes recommended! Esp if you get a private dining room.
