Sara: Gin & tonic is strong, has edible flowers and a huge spherical ice cube. Delish! And check out anything that says spherification, I promise you've never had anything like it.

Sharmagne John-Sylbert: All ice cream & sorbet made on site with organic fruits, herbs, spices & flowers. The staff is friendly, happy, and helpful. Except for the plastic spoons they are eco-friendly as well.
Charles Knoles: Gourmet ice cream at its finest. This is a foodie's delight with exotic flavors. Also the best straight vanilla ice ever had and my 5YO loved it.
