Bill Lim: Comfy bed, big rooms, nice bathroom, and a balcony
The Fleeg: No complaints. Platinum upgrade on pts stay Sat-Sun. Reasonably large size rooms for the city and the recently renovated rooms are nice and comfortable. Easy walk to grand central - will stay again.
Camron King: Westin Grand Central repeat customer here! Love the location and the hotel/rooms are comfortable and clean. May not be the most upscale Westin, but it's on brand and a great property.
Cheryl: Upgraded to a comfy king bed in corner room. Westin workout service is ridiculously slow - 1 hr to get all requested gear correct. Otherwise tranquil hotel unlike SPG Times Square properties.

Amy H: Matilda is adorable! (: And the beds are so comfy. but the rooms are super quaint, meaning it's a squeeze- especially for the price. It's a very attractive place, however.
New York Guest Tourism Services: The lobby is the perfect place for a cocktail or cup of tea on a rainy day like today. Couches are comfortable, service is friendly. If you're lucky you can hang with Matilda, the cat in residence.
Candace Selph: Rooms are small, but comfortable. Very close to Times Square. The Guinness tastes like they do not get many requests for it (flat), and the cocktails are way over priced ($22.00 for a cosmopolitan).
