Best Chinese food in the city (in my opinion), but you gotta know what to order. Real Chinese is fresh ingredients and great spices. Fresh steamed fish and string beans with yibin are amazing.
Try the Dan Dan Noodles (they have a vegetarian version) and the Sichuan pickles. The string beans are also tasty.
Peking duck (thin pancakes, meaty duck, crispy skin, just the right amount of hoisin sauce). Dandan noodles (spicy and wonderful). Beef with scallions and doubled cooked pork -- all amazing.
Pork soup dumplings are a must. Top off with moo-shu pork pancakes, beef with string beans, general Tso's and some jasmine tea, and life is good.
