Every culture has its dumpling, but the Nepalese mamacha are in a category all their own. Namaste Cafe makes them with a few different fillings, but our favorite without a doubt is the ground bison.

Great bison burger with goat cheese!
You are a fool if you don't order the cheese curds. Lightly battered but perfectly crispy, with an extra gooey center and served with a sweet triple berry ketchup. Even better than at the State Fair!
The bison burger is well seasoned & served with creamy goat cheese & fig slivers. The veggie burger: a spicy, curry-seasoned patty that's crispy on the outside and creamy and tender on the inside.
Get the Chipotle Cheese Steak, great twist on an old favorite

Voted top ten chicken wings! The house wings are a rosy molasses color, dipped in sticky, sweet honey soy glaze with a Sriracha-spiked mayonnaise for dipping.
Avoid the fish tacos. Bland and a microscopic amount of fish for the price. The pierogies and wings are great... esp at happy hour prices!
Eat breakfast here any time. But have Steak and Pierogies for dinner!
