Brisket is great. And atmosphere is as well. It's like a cleaned up, country version of the movie Coyote Ugly. With food. Talented singers
Had a great experience! The Open Faced Beef Sandwich was wonderful. Waitress was very talented and friendly. We were seated promptly by a manager. Great singers. Would highly recommend it.

Originally called Mom’s, it was renamed after Tootsie Bess bought the bar in 1960 & it was mistakenly painted orchid color. Willie Nelson, Mel Tillis, Waylon Jennings & Patsy Cline have been patrons.
This is a real party pub. Singers on the bar. There are two more bars above the main one on the ground floor

Get there early! I went on Monday for singer songwriter night. It was a highlight of my USA trip! The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious, the cider was yum and great music and atmosphere!
