AMAZING service and such a beautiful hotel as a whole. My favourite hotel in Chicago. They don't have an outdoor pool, but the rooms are so big and the food is amazing as well.

Check for a package deal with valet parking. You'll get unlimited in/out privileges, and you'll save a bunch compared to paying for parking separately each time you come and go.
Recently remodeled upscale hotel. Great location, great views, nice rooms, friendly staff. Starbucks kiosk and the delicious Weber Grill steakhouse located in the lobby. We'll be back!

The Deluxe suites are amazing, very spacious living and dining area, good bedroom and don't get me started on the views especially from the 26th and up.

Seafood menu is good, awesome view overlooking michigan ave esp in the winter. Crowded, wait time 20mins. The floor was dirty, almost fell on my way to the bathroom. Valet parking $15 for 3 hrs.
Magnificent architecture & decor. Ask to sit by the windows. Big portions; very good food. Great place to relax after shopping.

I recommend the "serene" rooms or the corner view rooms, both are larger in square footage and the shower stalls are also larger as well.
Use (one-way) northbound Dearborn Street to get here. To access the hotel, lobby, and valet parking, turn left at this sign. You find it just after you cross the Chicago River.
