A bartender saw us languishing in the crowded bar and took us through the dining room into an unmarked cocktail bar called Richelieu. Do that.

The hand grenades are dangerous. They are almost sickeningly sweet so you dont realize that yr getting completely blitzed. Ridiculous atmosphere thats kitschy & great. Cool balcony over Bourbon. 8/10

The Canal Place garage, if you're in the quarter & are forced to pay for parking, is your best bet. Walking distance to HOB, Bourbon, etc. and cheaper than any of the lots.
