Brightly lit below street level, means avoiding that 145 st foot traffic. A cafe that serves locally purchased juices & such add heft to this culinary deprived area. Beer & wine! Hours don't hold here

Great vibe, lovely decor. The marrow burger was excellent, you won't be disappointed. Also, they seem to be know for incentive cocktails -- my wife loved her mescal margarita
Great place to grab a drink after work. The Norma Jean is definitely hit. The vibe is great and the bartender are fantastic.
Beginner salsa with Nelson and tango with Carina. The studio feels dated but in a good way, good sound systems and the people are super supportive & friendly. 9th floor. Come here!

Very tasty good; well seasoned. Small portions tho. Too many college students from Columbia-feels like an upscale cafeteria. I eat here just to listen to them say "like," like in every other word.

For $7 you can't really go wrong. All the women are consistently good and super quick. Go in on your lunch break and grab a salad next door at Tossed after. You'll be back at work in no time.

Super authentic, tasty, and cheap Chinese food, probably the best option in this area. Packed with Chinese college students during the school year. Everything is good here.
Beef noodle soup was super oily, and noodles were a little too soft for my taste... There was basically a layer of oil on top of soup. Beef was very tender though. Inside of the shop is a mess.

This is more like a dive bar than anything. Great for college students or anyone who wants to play ping pong, pool, or chess. Plays jazz music in background. Men's bathroom doesn't have door.

If you like live music, this is THE place to be! For those that like a spot of competition it's also got pool, pong and loads more! Remember life's more fun when you're keeping score!
These people screwed me over. I got a small soft serve with one topping and they charged my debit card $34.29 instead of $4.29. I'm a broke college student, this made my week pretty difficult.

Chloe’s just uses fruit, water, and sugar to make its dairy-free soft serve flavors. So yes, it’s technically something you could feel OK about eating for breakfast. Also: pretzel cones!
If you are a broke college student you can live off of their samples.
Everything is fresh, good, and delicious. Try the salads their amazing and if your into Sushi its pretty good and fresh as well. The earlier the better.
I love the show Chopped on the Food Network these guys carry the obscure things that are in the mystery baskets so I try a lot of new things because they have such a big inventory of food
I love their service and food. The price is bit expensive for a college students but I am always satisfied with their "beef combo large" for three people. Love the atmosphere and plenty of side dishes

The matzah ball soup is great! Get the half sandwich and half soup combo (same size as the regular soup) and try the challah french toast!
The sandwiches are SO big. Instead, do the soup and half sandwich special, it's plenty

snag the booth/area in the back right corner (as you are facing the stage). it's darker, easier to whisper and no one can tell you're not paying attention (oops! did i say that?)
Nice alternative to Blue Note. You should check the schedule before you go.
