Wonderful scenic views with manicured gardens. Come in the summertime when they have food stalls offering artesianal creations. There are street performers playing throughout.

Food is spot on. Loved the rueben and wagyu coulotte on the menu the night we went. Also had a table with incredible views of manhattan and Brooklyn.
