The filet mignon was melt in your mouth and the trout was perfectly salted, grilled with lemons and thyme in the inside.
Filet over the lamb, trout is amazing and for dessert the toffee is to die for

Bad service but the Masaman chicken was the beat I've had. The brown trout wasn't what I expected - it comes out as a whole fish with head and tail!
Great traditional Czech/Slovak food. Loved the apps (sausage, steak tartar, pate, roasted beets). Entrees great too (duck, trout, lamb shank, veal schnitzel). Beer of course. Desserts were ok.

Go for bison tartare and heirloom tomatoes for out of the ordinary appetizers. Ocean trout is a safe entree option, but porchetta is too fatty and its sauce is too sweet. Get the blackcurrant gelato.
