James Citron: Rigatoni gorgonzola is a must
Jessica Rae: Zagat: 25 “quaint Italian hideaway” “right near the beach” in SM served in a “romantic” candlelit room “seating can be a tight squeeze”, “not too expensive” either.
Kim Ronan: Romantic restaurant that's cozy and has delicious, simple Italian food. Love the artichoke salad and rigatoni amatriciana!
Salim Mitha: I recommend the Branzino, and the house made pasta square (straci) add meatballs. Fantastic. Burrata is solid. Ambiance is lovely. Spielberg and JJ Abrams there together (discussing Star Wars?).
goop: Wwoon over the handmade ravioli, fresh Dover sole, delicious langoustine pasta and white truffles imported from Piedmont each fall, just to name a few. Read more.
Brittany Letto: Must try the sweet corn agnolotti. The Dover Sole is so fresh and light. The lobster is probably the I've ever had. Huge portion!

Maggie Tyson: We had ordered oysters, clam chowder, tuna tartare, grilled swordfish, blackened snapper & mac & cheese with bacon. One of the best meals I've ever had with incredible service. Angel is an angel.
Wendy A: Can't go wrong with the chowder and macadamia rock shrimp...
People: Seafood is the true star at the Malibu institution along the Pacific Coast Highway, which draws celebs like Pink and Ryan Seacrest, who drop in for chowder or lobster – and Pacific Ocean views.
Diane Yoon: At the cafe, try the grilled flatbread with burrata and stone fruit. I'm not sure if it's seasonal, but it really hit the spot.
Brad Hager: Beautiful place with stunning artwork & antiques. The architecture is amazing. So much to see & take in so allow yourself hours. Guides / staff are VERY good.
Charles Edge: Check out the gift shop!
