First timer - ashamed I wasn't more adventurous ... The entry level dishes (shrimp pad thai, egg roll, Thai salad) were so superb they demand repeat visits to try everything else.
Can't go wrong with curries, Drunken noodle or Pad Thai.
Volcanic hen takes a while to prepare, but is worth the wait. Other must haves include: chicken coconut soup, mango curry, Thai dumplings.
The spicy seafood soup/drunken noodle with pork is a solid order here.
They will make almost any of the entrees vegetarian (or substitute tofu) if you ask. :)

Thai tea is delicious. Also any smoked meats over noodles or rice. My personal fave is pork and duck over wide rice noodle soup with veggies.

Come before 6:30pm on a Saturday night to avoid a long wait. Get 3-4 friends to share the Peking duck dinner for 2. Very large portions for just 2 people.
Fantastic Thai food. The peach gazpacho and pineapple curry rice were great. The spice level was exactly what I expected for a 4/5. Great small deck with a nice view of the city.
