IMO, the best Pho in Phoenix area that I've found yet. Cash Only - No credit, beef pho is $6.
The menu is small but serious. Definitely get a bowl of pho and enjoy the rich, aromatic broth.

I was dragged here by my friend and now I can't get enough. Can't go wrong with the Vietnamese egg rolls (#3) and steamed chicken pho (#18).

This is the cutest Denny's, remodeled from The Elephant Bar. Service is good and the food is your typical Denny's comfort food. Fun for an occasional stop-in.

Panang curry is great. Tom ka soup is on point. Have yet to have a bad meal in over 15 visits.
Their Pad Thai is terrific! Be aware that when asking for your dish to be hot in spiciness...it will be more spicy than most can handle. Go medium for a good and adequate kick.
There's a couple levels of spiciness here. We got hot on our red curry and beef panang. Medium is spicy enough. You have to be a glutton for pain if you order anything higher than hot. Food is amazing
The "Trawler" is a must if you like fried shrimp. The tostadas are awesome too. My favorite is the mixta with shrimp and octopus and I add avocado. Winning!
They make some damn fine fish tacos!
