Steak Tartare was fantastic. The chef was able to create it - though not on the menu for the day. A very peasant experience.
The smoked salmon quesadilla is unreal. Also the sautéed salmon with rice is also delicious.

Salmon with crispy skin has no skin and is very salty. The local beers, Four Peaks Kiltlifter Amber from Tempe is very nice.

Had a great dining experience sitting at The Rail. Highly recommend the garbanzo beans w chorizo, the halibut, and the lamb chops. The bread is also way too good :)

A new American menu includes unexpected dishes like root beer braised bacon with steel cut oats, red eye gravy, and red shiso while on the drinks side there are negronis on tap and over 100 whiskeys.

The foie gras and peekatoe crab apps were incredibly good. The steaks were cooked perfectly and can't miss on the chocolate cake for dessert.
