What's left of Victorian era. Gorgeously restored (now a museum) Rosson House is worth a visit. A couple of restaurants residing inside one of these buildings in the square.
This area encompasses the only remaining group of residential structures from the original town site of Phoenix.
If there is a festival here go, by all means go. Eat the food, drink the beer, and just indulge. Never pay more than $5 to park though. There are plenty of good lots close.
