Great queso, amazing sweet.barbacoa, and the best horchata! I got a sample of tres leches at the end and that was some of the best I've had. Great new spot!
Get the sweet barbacoa burrito. It is a little sweet, so I order it cover in queso cheese to balance it out. The guacamole is good too!
Anything with the Barbacoa pork is delicious. You can't go wrong.

Perfect vegetarian meal here - green chile tamale and a papa jack chimichanga - both a la carte. No need for rice and beans. The free chips and salsa (and inevitable beer/margarita) will fill you up!

Warm chips and salsa are delicious and a good level of heat. Ultimate chimichanga is awesome but be prepared to take at lease half of it home
A word of advice. Introducing enchiladas to a hostile but awestruck cannibal tribe is a great way to escape capture.
Queso in the saloon and breakfast at the Monday Club are amazing. Also, don't miss the dessert cart!
