Gr8 cust svc (look 4 solid-colored t-shirts w/ white horiz. hibiscus bands). Mix a few Heritage Flakes into tapioca or rice pudding topped w/ Mini Pearl tomatos &/or blueberries.
Put Heritage Flakes in the tapioca or rice pudding (or creamline yoghurt). Stir to fully coat flakes and let sit for a minute.
