Melissa Lim: GEM makes delicious baked goods. It's a bonus that they happen to be gluten-free. I especially love the brownies and coconut banana bar.

Valentino Herrera: The founder is from North Carolina and the biscuits and other dishes are as authentic as you'd want, with a few added embellishments. I recommend the Reggie, even for breakfast.

Ted Healy: My wife had the Veggie Frittata and I had the Ham Scramble. We also shared cinnamon roll. I would give them a 10 on the yummy scale. They also have Stumptown coffee which I love. Dog friendly!🐕
