Super delicious dosas served in a canteen below a Hindu temple. A hidden gem. Definitely try the spicy paneer and get a mango lassi to go with it.
The basement canteen at this temple makes New York's best dosas and some excellent homestyle south Indian food. All vegetarian, all very cheap.
As good as Taverna Kyklades but without all the distractions. A hidden gem in Astoria where it’s all about the fresh fish and delicious cooking. Order the shrimp, branzini (baked) & eggplant.
The tagine is AMAZING here and among my favorite things ever to eat in NYC. The seafood here is fresh and amazingly seasoned. 10/10 recommend going.

An odd location for this place makes it a hidden gem... the "Creole" chocolate mousse cake was pretty phenomenal.

If you love Japanese food and if you are in NY this is your place. You don't have to make a reservation or be prepared to wait. If you have to wait, believe me, it's worth it. Every meals are awesome.
Go here immediately! PHENOMENAL food and warm service by a lovely family. Fine dining, Queens style. The grilled miso cod is especially amazing. The food is well worth the price.

Hidden gem in Flushing. Korean BBQ at its best. They use real charcoal so your meat is flavorful. Everything was delicious! Lots of side dishes!

Hands down, the garlic bread pizza w/ sesame seed crust is in my Top 5 of NYC slices EVER, and I don't really even like crust. Super chill & nice dudes behind the counter. A hidden gem worth the trek!
Easily the best pizza in the neighborhood and probably top 5 in all of queens.
After having their sesame seed-studded crust, you will wonder why all pizza crusts don't have that same delightful touch of roasted nuttiness.

The food is amazing. I love their ribs, chicken, and the red potatoes. Just make sure you check your order before you leave because sometimes they forget your sides! Call in your order ahead of time
