Diane Chang: Pecan pie. Not too sweet. St Honore!
Marina: Omg.. Everything they have is yummy! Love their cheese Danishes, bread puddings, tiramisu, etc. It's located in a strip mall next to Walbaums.
Serious Eats: Their filled croissants are standouts, filled with passionfruit or ham and cheese; the raspberry muffin is like a pound cake. Classics like a Gateau Breton and a St. Honoré are also done perfectly. Read more.
Jesse Richman: Go to Martha's. Get yourself one of their pecan torts. Like a little mini pecan pie but with a thick, crunchy solid crust and thick pecan layer that gives a wonderful chew.
Journo Girl: My fave Astoria bakery. Better service to go than sit down. Unless you sit near the cakes :-) I love the cupcakes especially hazelnut, choco on choco & red velvet. Enjoy!
Tony Xerri: People rage about the red velvet cake. Fine. When you're done with that, get the "Everything Pie" and experience why it's so much better than anything else they offer.

Micah Richard: Highly recommend this fast-pace American 70's diner! Mega portions, super greasy, thus super delicious! Also Note:10mins from LGA Airport!
Tony Xerri: A true NY staple. Many people come here for lunch/dinner, but the real meal starts at breakfast. The waffles are crispy and light. The home fries have the skin on. The eggs are on point. Eat here.
Jon Hoche: When you order for delivery from these guys. 9 out of 10 times they're rude pricks and their delivery guys don't speak a word of English.

Matthew Pedlar: My favorite go to brunch. From the Nutella Fr toast to the black currant momosas everything is delicious. The grizzly bear owner is a sweetheart and always attentive. Only a snob would hate this spot
Journo Girl: Awesome flan & apple cake desserts. Try them. & nIck rocks
amNewYork: This is a popular spot for happy hour and beyond. There are 20 beers on tap and a full menu for lunch, brunch and dinner. Austin's offers OTB all day, every day.

Kevin Patrick: You'd be hard-pressed to find a more obnoxious bartender than Doogie.
