First place I found in this neighborhood that isn't deliberately (?) downbeat. Charming atmosphere reminiscent of the best of country life, delicious food at 1/3rd less than Manhattan plate-fees.
Pretty much everything is good. It's all true Mexican style - meat, cheese and some vegetables for show only. The chorizo burrito is my personal favorite.
Try the delicious tacos from Oaxaca, go for the Potato Poblano or Ceviche if you're vegetarian. Manducatis Rustica pizza has a great crust, thin but not too crispy, the guys making the pizza are hot!
