Stay on the "local" side (where the bakery tent is) to support your local farmers. Buying produce and other products from the "export" side doesn't do much for the NC/Raleigh economy!

Do it all! Ride the train, ride the carousel, ride the paddle boats and let the kids ride the kid boats! Almost everything is 1 ticket (=$1.00). The paddle boats are 6 tickets, but seat 4 people!
The crab dip appetizer is awesome! I got the prime rib dinner and my husband got the T-Bone... It was great!

Went here again a couple months after opening and they have doubled the number of machines and replaced a lot of the emulated ones. Good experience and good prices! $3 drafts on Tuesday.
