Get the French toast - Massive pieces diagonally cut from an actual French bread roll! The toast has a nice, silken custard texture.
There are NO bad choices here! I drive 30 miles to come here and get their BBQ Pork Bao, Hot Dog Bao, Siu Mai and egg custard tarts! A-mazing!
Everything! I've eaten here since I was 6 years old.. I get Curry Beef Bao and Hot Dog Buns their Siu Mai are delish!
Get the baked baos. Anything from the new steam table is cheap but below average and not worth eating. Ranch 99 dim sum buffet is much better.
The best creme brûlée I've ever had. Anywhere. Seriously. A crunchy, caramelized top cracks to reveal the most decadent and smooth custard.

Love the Firehouse Courtyard for a classy lunch. Get the Brown Derby Classic Salad - Rib Eye Steak, avocado, bacon & bleu cheese with a fab glass of red wine.

Yummy donuts decent prices a dozen of fancy donuts which everything they offer $15.00 can sodas 85 cents glazed donuts 80,cents. I got 3 donuts 2 were bars and a soda for $4.50. I highly recommend!

Their deli is an awesome place to get a reasonably priced, healthy lunch. They even have a coffee shop style seating area that's tucked in the corner away from shoppers where you can sit and eat.
They are selling locally grown veggies at a great price. Good for California's economy and good for you too.
If you go for breakfast, they provide you with complimentary cinnamon rolls, croissants while you wait. The take out bakery department is very good

The Hyatt has great event Spaces. The Ballroom has plenty of space and the Capitol View room truly does have breathtaking views of the city. Great customer service as well.
