Spinach salad is awesome; meatball pasta and pork chops were also pretty good.
A table near the window is cool. You'll enjoy the view on the Riverwalk while enjoying an Eggplant Josephine entrée or order a Paella with authentic Spanish taste. A must for good cuisine lovers.

The best pizza ever. After trying authentic Italian pizza I'm still sold on Grimaldi's. my favorite is pepperoni and ricotta with red sauce. The Mediterranean salad is a must.

Breakfast tacos are delicious! With a side of fruit it's a great way to start the day. Filling and inexpensive. Didn't have a pastry but WOW did they look good!! Super cute inside and out for seating.
The quiche is really tasty and a hearty helping. They don't always seem to have it, but if they do, it's worth trying.
Loved the pickles/red peppers that sit at each table. Better bread than most (warm & fluffy). Porterhouse (Kansas Strip + Filet Mignon. Sides of skillet potatoes & succulent carrot. Wedge Salad!

In stead of Pizza 🍕I tried their Sausage Sandwich, delicious, but come with a big appetite and my wife had their Manicotti and said it was delicious! 😀

Nice jumping off point to the Riverwalk. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The Bistro was the perfect relief from a packed Saturday night on the walk, great appetizers and cold, local beer.
