Potato dumplings with pork and mushroom gravy were amazing. Excellent spaetzle. The schnitzel wasn't quite right, but it was still pretty good. Gravy might be from a mix. Worth a stop

Trust this tip by a German: Drink the Kölsch on tap and the Schneider Weisse from the bottle. Potato pancakes and the Schnitzel were both good. Get it with the Spätzle though.

We tried several cocktails on their menu and they were all good - top choices "Fer Swizzle" or "Carre Pomme". A surprise was that their food was really delicious - their Short Rib was outstanding!
Jasper's has one of the city's only cocktail on tap programs and a rare Perlini carbonated cocktail maker. Menus change seasonally, but the Wiessen Sour bourbon-beer cocktail is a fail-safe choice.
