Ray Lin: The Mezman is the perfect sandwich. It has everything I would want on a sandwich: pastrami, deviled egg salad, muenster, jalepenos, pickles and board sauce on hot-toasted garlic dutch crunch (!)
Ryan Leggett: The Fatty Matty is great! Bread is warm and soft, but crispy on the edges. Ratio of fillings is just right. Combination of ingredients is unique. And the pickles are perfectly crisp and tart.

Samantha Smith: Take out is a mess, don't bother. Slaw, pickles, sauces are far from southern. Not a fan overall.
Jessica: The Smoked Meat Plate is awesome. The size of the meat portion may seem small at first, but the two sides, pickles and AMAZING bread roll make up for it. The coleslaw is also fricking delicious.

Staff Picks: Fermentation Lab lives up to its name by offering a plethora of brewed and pickled delights, with farmhouse veggies fermented on-site. Oh, and the ambiance makes for a great social laboratory, too.
