This beach has nice big grass areas perfect for picnics and activities. I like to ride my bike along the bike trail and its a beautiful ocean and palm tree view.
Easy to rent a bike here and enjoy it along the beach or around SB. You'll have a great day if you do!
Very easy bike rental place for going up and down Cabrillo along the bike trails. I did find the fixed gear on my cruiser made even small hills a bit more challenging than they needed to be, however.
The Surrey is harder than it looks; keep the party happy, and opt for mountain bikes instead.

Though not cheap, it's still affordable compared to other hotels in Santa Barbara. You'll find nice rooms, a sundeck, free bikes and wifi. Some lovely restaurants are just around the corner.
If you bike here make sure you are on the right trial or a crotchety old man with a dog in a stroller might yell at you. Otherwise, nice place.
Great place to walk the dog, take in the view, especially at sunset, watch the surfers on the beach below, etc.

Go for a walk along the road in front of the hotel, to the north. Stay left and it turns into a walking/ biking path along the cliffs above the ocean, with beautiful homes to your right.p

Best place in the whole Cali! Go to state street if you want shopping, if you want to see the coast rent a bike or better a chopper and have your trip!

Chase Palm Park is the perfect place for families. Ocean, bike trails, skate park, carousel and shipwreck-themed playground and Music in the Park on Thursday nights throughout the summer.
] Every Sunday, Chase Palm Park is host to the weekly Arts & Crafts show. Looking toward to the water, arts will be to the right of the rec center & crafts will be to the left. Admission is FREE!

Great place, would love to stay again. Good prices, perfect location, friendly staff, nice big and spotless rooms. We were staying for 3 days in room 9. Breakfast included.

Beautiful terrace with stunning views of Santa Barbara. The innovative menu has many Asian touches. Loved the Japanese style breakfast with baked salmon, tofu salad, green salad and tamagoyaki.
Expensive AF. Salmon bagel was at least very tasty

Staff is so pleasant and willing to help! Mentioned it was our anniversary when booking and the staff left rose petals and a nice card on our bed. Clean, great location. Would definitely stay again.
