If you order an omelette make sure you are very hungry, because it was huge. You also have a choice of grits or hash browns and toast or pancakes. Overall, it was delicious.
They have the best hashbrowns. I usually get the Denver with a side of the green chile sauce, it adds a nice kick. They also have gluten free pancakes and waffles.
Very good omelets and hash browns! Delicious gluten-free blueberry pancakes. Grits were made with heavy cream and lots of butter. Too much butter fat for me. The cafe was very busy and crowded.

The egg white omelette with tomato, cheddar was very good, I might add a third vegi next time because three fillings are included. The hash browns have a really strong onion powder seasoning

Great place in historic Old Town Scottsdale for breakfast. The Blue Corn Pancakes are a must! Topped with white chocolate sauce and wild berry butter, it is sure to leave you satisfied.
