Great single origin cup
Pretty much the ideal for in-house roasted coffee in the Valley, this hip house of java features intricate cold brews and espressos crafted with an attention to detail that borders on obsessive.

Try a pour over through the kalita wave. Well-balanced, excellent extraction.
If you like smooth coffee you should try the house blend pour over.
Their iced coffee is cold brewed. Yum!
The Titus blend is amazing. Highly recommend it in the french press. Their baked goods are excellent as well.
French press coarse ground Chiapas coffee has mucho body and pairs well with any of the pan dulces. Conchitas are the first to go but the elotes & cuernitos are excellent. Chilaquiles are bomb!
Very good tacos. Guacamole made to order at tableside. Nice comfortable patio.
Try the conchinita pibil. Spicy and delicious.

Awesome espresso in a great atmosphere! Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops in Scottsdale. The cold brew could have been better, though.

Great breakfast spot - busy on weekends, but you can still get a table without waiting.
On Wednesdays buy a dozen bagels or bialys and get half a dozen free.
These bagels are great but they taste like they're from new hampshire not new York

Asked for hot sauce and gave us what waiter called a Ghost pepper purée and it was excellent! Get it. Chicken & chorizo sandwich stood out (huge). For a side the chipotle grits are tasty!
Food tasted fine but $14 for 3 tacos about the size of a 50 cent piece. Not impressed
The shrimp starter is fantastic, tender and lots of flavour. Also can't go wrong with the pork shoulder to share as a main - awesome.
Great crew of people working. Outside patio had great people watching from the bus stop & the Gas pump.

The wifi here has issues . Weak signal outside. But the Valero next door has a strong signal
Had a great dining experience sitting at The Rail. Highly recommend the garbanzo beans w chorizo, the halibut, and the lamb chops. The bread is also way too good :)
