First-come-first-serve seating at the bar if you don't have a reservation. Everything is wonderful, but my favorite is the Mackerel and Smoked Tofu salad - tons of dynamic flavor!
Wagyu, rice cakes, broccoli & salmon are all excellent. Skip the tofu & cauliflower.
Smoked tofu (pictured) and octopus with pork belly are amazing. Didn't have anything that wasn't good.

Cuban Tofu Sandwhich is delicious. I didn't see tofu in all of Cuba when I was there, but it's good!

*Warning* Thai Tom spiciness level is greater than most, but that's what I love about this place. There is pad see yew that's not on the menu. Get it with fried tofu. Yum! 5 stars, of course!

Seasoned deep fried tofu amazingness sold in bulk! They distribute to most of the Asian grocery stores in the area. Huge selection of sticky rice and dessert specials on weekends. Try dessert tofu!

The place I'm referring to is past 50th & University Way in an unassuming location with "Open" often being the only signage. Ran by incredibly sweet couple and makes a mean kimchi tofu soup!
