Pork rilettes ($18) served with bread. Easy fatty nibbles to pair with red wine
Mushroom ravioli with gruyere cheese ($12). Possibly the tastiest dish we sampled here. Lots of umami 👍🏼
Lamb crown is amazing, humus with pita, hazelnut sourghdough with date smoke butter, beef tartar. Desert cookie with spiked milk - too much aniseed to my taste, wouldn’t repeat. Great ambiance.

We did a sharing menu in the fine dining part all food was superb except the beef which is grain fed & dry. Love that they used ancient grains like farro. Vegetables cooked very well & sauces

Incredible food, exquisitely cooked, every time. Current favs include beef marmalade with pickles, suckling pig, warm oysters, onglet steak, leeks with hazelnuts... The list goes on and on...
Loved the vibe and to see the kitchen action. Recommending: Charred aubergine with burrata, leek with browned butter and hazelnuts, pavlova, gin and thyme drink.
Always a good vibe, the beef marmalade was great and also the special grilled crayfish and the wagyu steak.

Definitely u nd to try the slurpee. Not too sweet but damn nice. Love the almond one actually. They are the first n only to have the slurpee soy. Get it now.. :D a taste that u nv regret trying.

Try the Lasagna, Prawn & Scallop Pasta and Hazelnut ice cream. The ETNA pizza has a weird and smelly taste. Avoid it if you can! Service here is excellent :)
