Enjoyed a good latte (house bean) on a Saturday afternoon :) the wonderful coffee fragrant can be detected few shops away. Not packed at all.

One of the best Coco Latte I've tried to date. It's flavored with coconut oil and not syrup. You get a nice coconut fragrance balanced with the coffee without any syrupy sweetness. Highly recommended.

The coffee is VERY good, no food, short menu. But too noisy right now because of construction outside. I DO NOT like or recommend matcha latte there because it is a presweetened mix, not pure matcha.
Portion is gigantic! Love the granola and almond milk, banana, berries smoothie (vegan!) The fry up breakfast is good too and latte is really nice! Thumbs up guys!
Sometimes, the latte is just really that good. But the real catch is their hoagies - called toasties in these parts. Super. Awesome.
Fry-Up: amazing bacon but the sausage was very underwhelming. Excellent home-made granola with berries, honey, and Greek yogurt. The latte tastes better than the flat white!

soy latte is so-so, wish the coffee was stronger. on the other hand, good strong iced latte. (why is it different?) mixed berry tart and lemon tart is ok, but definitely not worth the price (sgd 8.5).

The iced Matcha Houjicha Latte is a must order. Love the blend of milk and the roasted nutty flavour of the tea!
Beautiful quiet space and nicer than glasshouse coffee next door which was totally overpacked and backed up on orders. Recommend the matcha latte with reduced sugar. they only accept cash or nets tho!
Cakes are dry. Matcha latte it’s ready made. Not worth the place but nice place and concept to hangout. Accept only CASH payment. Incredible!!

Cozy, quite small though. Wi fi, lots of books and magazines and some children playing around. Bring your laptop, get a latte and feel like you are at the communal kitchen struggling with your essay.
