Shane Steele: Great cozy spot with live music, interesting cocktail mix and good bar food. Can't go wrong with the charcuterie plate and deviled eggs. Only downside was that the band acoustics were a little loud.
Thrillist: Because the steampunk SOMA bars you've been visiting didn't have nearly enough of a "Southern French mansion" feel to them, it's time to hit up Bergerac. Read more.
Lara Mason: This place would be a lot more enjoyable if there weren't bros screaming in my ear while pounding shots. This isn't the Marina.

IFC: SF: A real biker bar with heart. It’s the last bastion of the pre dot-com rebel/artist. Park benches on a dirt lot; it's like drinking in a junkyard and is one of SF's most loved hangouts. -IFC Staff
