They use real shredded Alaskan crab. Seared pepper salmon and lemon salmon signature rolls are delicious and respectful of the ingredients like classic sushi while being interesting. Fish very fresh.
Very yummy spicy mapo tofu, for some reason took them forever to deliver the rice.
