One of the best movie theatres.
First time watching a movie in Taipei...was kinda surprise there is no screen for me to choose my seat...but the cinema was nice and seats were comfy!
Latest movies always are available here and the facility is good.
Top seats H19 & H20 for 3D IMAX Cinema. While row G and H stand for the throne for 3D movie, row I and J (M is the last) is more preferable for 2D

Biggest IMAX in Asia, just make sure you reserve seats 'cause it's very popular. Sound, picture and technology is high end and lots of fun enjoyed with the right movie
Get the popcorn - it is so good that you will want to skip the movie and go home.
There are always fantastic movies here, and more choices other than commercial movies.
The environment was not bad. The seats are wider than other movie theatres.
Historic building, once a embassy of US in taipei( or the house of ambassador?!) a small cinema with cafe and bars, usually play indie or unhollywood movies here. Worthy to give it a try

Central location. Close to MRT. Amazing pool on the top floor with movie night. Rooms a bit run down. Metal keys! I would say quite inconvenient.
Centrally located with great service and comfortable rooms. Pool is perfectly heated (they just need a bar up there, perhaps some music). Buffett has everything you could possibly want as well.
As long as you buy ticket,you can watch the all movie all day long. Ask for stamp then you can go out and come back.
One ticket enables you to come in and out as you please for all showings, all day. Bring your own snacks, drinks, whatever.

Get the 12th or 13th row for the best view. The movie showing room has many closely packed rows of seats...
Not sure if it's true for all the screening rooms in the multiplex, but for the smaller screens, the first row is the best row. Yes, the FIRST row. Trust me.
Awesome seats. Show Cafe on the 5th floor is a good spot for a giant cup of coffee.
You can participate in their loyalty program where you deposit 1000 NTD at a time and can enjoy films at 200 NTD per movie - at least 100 NTD cheaper than the regular price at other theaters. :)
If you are a Eslite member, the cinema is a good choice with discount in Xin Yi District. Snacks and beverages they provide are totally different than others if you are sick of chrros.

After the renovation, the best seats of 3DX cinema move to row 16-20. While row 15-17 best serves fans of DOLBY ATOMS, seats in 22 are best for leg-stretchers. Enjoy the breathtaking sound surrounding

Fabulous bookstore. Also has movies, music, furniture, fashion, kitchenware and more.
One of our favorite bookstores in Taipei! It has a huge collection of vinyl for a bookstore this size. This place definitely have something for everybody.
Excellent collection of English language books alongside a massive selection of Chinese language offerings that I hope to be able to peruse as my Mandarin improves.
