Bruce C.: Good and tasty options for vegetarians! Spinach Rolly for lunch and if you eat eggs the Veggie Wrap (add hot sauce) for breakfast--made with egg whites.
Nick Traycheff: Great pick-up and go spot for lunch. Sgt Sweet Pepper on a hero was great and not too expensive ($9). Crispy chicken and great sandwich balance.
Cassandra Nye: The guy who takes orders here is incredible. Deserves a raise or even a reality show for his ability to remember every order.
Asim: Great location. Rooms modern but dull. Staff amazing. Roof top bar is a must. Casual diner in the ground floor Superb.
Rob McTeague: A great addition to the hotels in and around time square....rooms are big and comfortable....the staff here is excellent.
AL PARVEZ: We stayed 13 nights at this hotel during Christmas and New Years. Nice rooms, great staff, good restaurant, best location and will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel!

Anna Khan: Teas are amazing. Try to come for the afternoon tea where you get scones and pastries. Decor is very lavish and old Russian. Def a nyc must see.
Alex Robinson: Enjoy High Tea in style, or grab a cocktail in this Gossip Girl filming location from Season 2. Just don't get arrested like Serena.
Robert J. Moore: Hands-down worst service in nyc. Seated 2 hours before appetizers arrived... 4 hours and $250 for an unimpressive dinner for 2. Avoid!
Lisa Turner: Check in staff were lovely, they put me in one of the renovated rooms. Free wifi, water and gym. Love the bed, the redo is altogether very nice.
Mike Bloomberg: Yesterday, I was here to discuss a new Clinton Global Initiative commitment to help cities better prepare for natural disasters: http://bit.ly/15rPWoC
Omar Habayeb: I agree with Jessica L on the whole daily $15 charge for wireless access. What a crock!
