The pizzas are cooked in the woodburing oven for 90 secs so the dough can seem a bit under cooked. Ask for it well done if you want the thin crust shell a little crispier.

Pizza crust very nice: light & thin with a texture (when fresh) like light biscuit, unlike other thin crust pizzas. After a short while it succumbs to entropy like all other thin crust pizzas though.
The spinach pesto pizza is full of flavor on a thin crust. Toppings are very generous so it's worth every buck.
