Mel Dog: The best cheeseburger in New York City. You get pickes and onions on the side, ask for tomatoes and lettuce as well. Get cottage fries and a Sam Adams on tap for $5. Can't get any better than that!
Erik Cintron: Love the old school feel cash only outdoor and indoor seating and good prices. Have beer if u like simple good food there burgers are juicy and potato chips fries are yummy
Time Out New York: Since 1972, this kitschy Upper East Side burger joint has been sating meatheads. The cheeseburger is a bite of a bygone era, simple griddled on a flattop and medium-rare juicy. (Critics' Pick) Read more.

Brian Erickson: The burger of the month (June) was really really good. Spicy Fried cheese curds and pickled onions. Server Fernando was great.
Paige C: Maybe they were having an off night, but everything was awful. Soggy fries, raw burgers, greasy buns. The waitress never brought water or asked if we needed anything. Very poor attention to detail.
Nicole Nicholas: Always get a root beer float

Ashwin Kumar: The ambience is amazing. Cozy and lively. Very nice bar tenders and cozy couches. Spent a while here on New Year's Eve. Great Scottish whiskey and scotch cocktails that look ok but taste good.
The Corcoran Group: A very small and cozy bar with a great selection of scotches and awesome bartenders. Make sure you check out the back, and snag one of the very comfortable leather club chairs.
Sean Kennedy: Try the Belhaven Ale. Best beer in the bar.

Jared H: Basketball, darts, pool, jukebox, friendly staff and occasionally a comedy show on the second floor. Perfect local spot.
New York Habitat: Not quite a dive bar but certainly not an upscale joint, just a good local spot. They've got pool, darts, and even a basketball game to pass the time. Plus who can argue with free potato chips?
Teresa W: Mick and Jimmy: my favorite bartenders in all of NYC.
