Rachel Reed: Great addition to the neighborhood. Delicious bento box with unique sides. Can't go wrong with the chicken teriyaki or the shrimp tempora. And definitely try the salad dressing-- incredible!
Serious Eats: Go go go. You will not find a a better sushi experience than at this 10-seat, omakase-only hole in the wall in New York.
Brendan Clancy: Chef Toshio uses red vinegar to season the sushi rice, this lets him use much less sugar and makes the sushi that much more refreshing.

Brian Barrett: Best bagels/eggs is the area. Real midtown Manhattan breakfast
David D: Who is the jackass that just ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll?! Everything bagel all the way!
Becca M: I have been going to bagel bobs for 7 years and they have yet to disappoint with anything. The bacon egg and cheese is the best and they have by far the most friendly staff EVER.
ZenFoodster: Pricier & only ok but there are UberEats / Delivery.com lunch deals that may make it worth it. Best so far are Black Pepper Seitan, Eggplant String Beans in Basil garlic sauce, Pumpkin soup.
Lee Hecht: Incredible and consistently great vegan food- get their Seitan dishes, or their General Tsao Tofu, or their Bibimbap. Quick delivery.
Rema Rao: One of the best vegan places on the UES!! Check it out!

Jessey White-Cinis: As someone who grew up next to a sushi bar in LA and has been a connoisseur since 5, I can say that this is by-far the best sushi I've had in NYC. Sit at the bar and order omakase and a nice saké.
New York Habitat: An exquisite raw fish experience with uniquely crafted pieces. Try the tuna with tofu cream, flounder with lotus chip, and the foie gras sushi.
Charles B: omakase. that is all.
Josh Hickman: Burgers-daring and original, rotating beer selection-nothing to sneeze at and bartenders-friendliest you'll find in the city. Have one of the ever changing IPAs and the chicken sandwich with Brie!
Kristen Favorito: The pretzel....don't question it...just do it!
Lauren Ianuzi: if you're looking to avoid the sometimes crowed bar when stopping in for a bite to eat, ask to be seated in the back dining room. the mac and cheese pie is SO good, just prepare to have leftovers.

David Solimano: Great breakfast and diner staples. Solid coffee shop atmosphere, with two person booths and a very busy counter to sit at. Bring cash and enjoy a gyro.
Liz Marshall: NO PUBLIC BATHROOM! but if you whine enough like i did they'll take you around the corner, down the storm door, and into the scary basement to use the surprisingly clean employee restroom.
Herlambang Edmaditya: love ur eggs, so special for my breakfast.
